Take a look at this...

Meet my new pet. Is he cuuuuuuuuute or what???
Just kidding...

My neighborhood Girlfriend, Tuffy came to our front door last evening with her Mommy and they both looked very stressed out...
They told us that Tuffy's Daddy has a baby squirrel in his palms and he does not want to go back in his hole in the tree and cries every time Tuffy's Daddy puts him back in there and runs right back into his palms.
They were asking my Mommy what to do?!
My Bro, Ray chimed in and said to call the "Resort" that he was adopted from because those nice people rescue everybody. So my Mommy did and the nice man that lives there said, sure bring him in.
They put the baby squirrel in my jail (this is where I go in time out when my invisible evil twin, jailbird Joe shows up uninvited) and drove up to the "Resort".
I told my Mommy that we should keep him because Meee would like a pet but I guess that was not an option :o(

They took these pictures before driving him up there
~ Hello :o) Are you my new Mommy?

~ Got milk???

~ Hey Lady! Enough with the pictures! Let me out of here!

~ Alright! Which part of I'm hungry did you not understand???
~ I need milk NOW!!!

My Mommy told us that on the way up there the little guy was so sweet and precious; kept licking the wires and did not cry at all..
This "Resort" is the same place where Diamond Boy  is. BTW he is doing very well and he was just neutered last week. I guess they did not want him to have kittens ;o)

Today she called the place and the nice man told her that he took the baby squirrel to the Wildlife Rehabilitation in Lake Geneva, WI so the little fellow is all safe and getting all the help that he needs until he will be ready to be on his own.
Tuffy's Mommy told my Mommy that she thinks that the fox that lives in our neighborhood killed his Mama the other day :o(

I will tell you another rescue story about a guy named REN in a future post!

Ray is here to stay :o)

Meee has a new Bro!!!

His name is Ray and he came from the Shelter that helped out my Pawrents with  Diamond Boy.
He is a very sweet guy and his nickname is, the Gentle Giant ;o)
As you can see he is a Big boy; the same breed as Leo (Tibetan Spaniel) but 11 Lbs. heavier. The Dogtor thinks he is around two years young.

If you ask Meee, I think he will need braces ;o)

He made himself comfortable in my Daddy's arms from day one

You have to know that he reports to Meee :o)))
The understanding was with the Lady that runs the Shelter, that if things do not work out because of a certain Yorkie in the house ;o) he will go back.
Well, I have to admit that he is a Kool Guy and follows my lead. When we are out back, I just invite the wild life into our backyard because Ray is my new bodyguard.
My Mommy is laughing because Ray would not hurt a fly but the intruders do not know that.

Meee likes Ray so much that we share toys and cheweez...
Please note that Meee has the bigger chewy

Check him out in my pile of toys...

Here we are in my Mommy's office under her desk; I'm working on a project as usual so you cannot see my face...

Hope you all had a pawsome Mother's Day and gave your Mommies extra smooches and Love.
Meee and my Bros got these flowers for my Mommy :o)

Meee has a Surprise...

Hello my wonderful bloggie Friends :o)
Meee is very busy lately but cannot tell you why just yet...

Wait!
~ What is it Leo? No! I reeeeeeeally do not want to play right now! Go bug somebody else!

My Mommy is driving Meee craaaaaaaazy with her camera...
This is embarrassing! I'm a Guy not a Girl and she puts a purple topknot on Meee; Geez! I do need a sister...

Meanwhile, Leo is still bugging Meee about playing

Pleeeeeease, ENOUGH with the pictures...
Is there a Hotline Meee can call for this???

Later,

P.S. Today's joke:
~ Deep within a forest a little turtle began to climb a tree. After hours of effort he reached the top, jumped into the air waving his front legs and crashed to the ground. After recovering, he slowly climbed the tree again, jumped, and fell to the ground. The turtle tried again and again while a couple of birds sitting on a branch watched his sad efforts. Finally, the female bird turned to her mate.

"Dear," she chirped, "I think it's time to tell him he's adopted." ~
